Key Facts and Challenges
- The biggest challenge was to do construction of the façade in an operational hotel.
- For the same, the programme was planned to be to done in two parts effectively meaning the half of the Hotel was cordoned off and constructed first then the later half was built.
- Immense operational challenges such as no obstruction or discomfort to guests, accessibility to location and many more were overcomed with strong forecasting and meticulous planning and execution.
